16. Severability

17. No Survivorship
Accounts are non-transferable. Rights to any account terminate upon death. Upon verification, accounts may be removed.
18. Statute of Limitations
Any claim related to the services must be filed within two (2) years after the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Intellibus regarding your use of the services.
